Are you a teenager, college student or young adult interested in topics centered on Latine art, identity, social and environmental justice and more?

If this sounds like you, apply now for Hola Cultura’s Storytelling Program for Experiential Learning (SPEL) fall semester.

SPEL brings together high school and college students, between the ages of 16 and 25, to develop their skills in a virtual, fast-paced and learning-forward team setting.

Our fall semester begins meeting weekly via Zoom on Tuesday, September 22. D.C. and Boston residents receive stipends of $20 a week.

Hola Cultura’s SPEL program is a productive and fun way to learn about jobs in the communications industry, build a portfolio of published work and gain professional skills through workshops, story labs and conversations with guest speakers. Each team is led by a fellow who acts as a mentor and provides weekly story assignments and feedback on your work.

We are currently looking for editorial, content creator and copy editing interns and a social media fellow. The application deadline is September 10.
