TamalFest DC took place yesterday at Bell Multicultural High School with a large and enthusiastic crowd that sampled tamales from five Latin American countries plus pasteles dominicanos, the Dominican version to the dish. Thank you to everyone who made TamalFest DC happen again this year! The cooks, the organizers, the sponsors, the musicians and artists, and the hundreds of people who came out to support the festival and Hola Cultura’s work. We had a blast and hope you did too!

Thanks for joining us again this year! We reached our goal of serving more people and not turning anyone away. We recorded dozens of interviews at the Humanities DC supported Video Booth and will premiere a new web video based on people’s comments, memories and insights shared with our Media Team. In all, a great Fest! But we can always improve on our work and would like to hear your opinions. Please complete this survey and tell us what you think about Hola Cultura and all of our online work and special events.
