Ofrendas de D.C.

La Ofrenda es una tradíción precolombina que sobrevivió a la conquista, a la culturización occidental y se mezcló con el catolicismo. Comida, bebida, música, flores, veladoras, calaveras de azúcar, memorias y una visita al panteón, son parte de este rito. The Ofrenda is a pre-Columbian tradition that survived the Spanish Conquest, the Western acculturation and mixed with Catholicism. Food, drink, music, sugar skulls, flowers, candles, memories and a visit to the cemetery, are part of this ritual.
