¡Salud! This Saturday is “National Pisco Sour Day,” according to the Washington Post. Just to add to the frothy international exuberance, Cuba Libre on 9th Street NW is kicking off its celebration a day early with at happy hour today, Friday, Feb. 1, the Post reports. No matter; after a few of these one might not be able to tell what day it is anyway. Pisco Sour cocktails are $5 from 4:30 to 6:30.
