Above all, we’d like to thank you for standing with us and all we serve. You have our sincere gratitude, regardless of whether you discovered Hola Cultura this past year or have been a member of the community since its start 15 years ago.
In 2026, we will continue working every day to accurately share our stories and shine a spotlight on injustice while uplifting local artists, residents and community initiatives.
We have exciting plans to publish more stories weekly. Later this month, we’ll roll out a new food column and another about climate change solutions to join Hola Escritores, our popular monthly books column launched last year.
A new year always brings with it new energy and opportunities, and that spirit is very much alive in our hearts right now. As the new year begins, we extend a warm virtual embrace to everyone, and a reminder that the arts, humanities and culture are seeds we plant for the future.
As this new year begins, please continue to stand with Hola Cultura and our work in bringing you the otherwise untold stories we collectively crave while we train the next generation of leaders and critical thinkers.

Demos la bienvenida al nuevo año, para empezar, queremos expresar nuestro sincero agradecimiento por su apoyo durante los últimos 15 años. Este año continuaremos trabajando cada día para dar a conocer las historias de la comunidad en el ámbito artístico, cultural, humanista y ambiental. Gracias también a las instituciones y su generosidad por hacer posible esta labor.
En 2026, seguiremos trabajando a diario para compartir nuestras historias con precisión y denunciar las injusticias climáticas, al mismo tiempo que apoyamos a artistas locales, residentes e iniciativas comunitarias.
Tenemos planes interesantes para publicar más historias semanalmente. A finales de este mes, iniciaremos una nueva columna sobre alimentación y otra sobre soluciones al cambio climático, que se sumarán a Hola Escritores, nuestra popular columna mensual de libros que lanzamos el año pasado.
Un nuevo año siempre trae consigo nuevas energías y oportunidades, y ese espíritu está muy presente en nuestros corazones. En Hola Cultura nos espera un año apasionante, y 2026 se perfila como un año memorable. Demos un abrazo extendido a todos y recordemos que las humanidades y la cultura son la semilla del futuro. Recordemos también que el respeto, la dignidad, el amor y la libertad son los cimientos de una nación libre y una sociedad más justa e igualitaria.
