Last Friday, we visited the Festival Kaypi, Perú, or “This Is Peru” in the indigenous Quechua language. With music, dance, cooking demonstrations, and handicrafts, the festival at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian highlighted Peru’s diverse cultural heritage and traditional arts.

It was a fun excursion that we selected to celebrate the last day of this year’s Summer Internship Program.
