Patricia Jinich, one of the chefs featured in our upcoming webumentary, “Kitchen Arts,” has just launched a new season of her cooking show, “Pati’s Mexican Table,” on PBS.
Jinich is a former political analyst who comes from a family of accomplished cooks. She loves to research her menus and provide Mexican cultural and historic context along with the recipes. It’s a wonderful approach particularly for Mexican cuisine — which is known for a history as colorful and picante as its salsas.
The new 13-part series kicked off Saturday, Sept. 1 and continues on local PBS affiliate, WETA, Saturday mornings at 11:30 through the fall. For more information, check out these links:
