Here’s Carlos Rosario International Public Charter School Coq au Vin recipe. The dish was served at the school’s Achieving the Dream Luncheon celebrating its success and the many success stories among graduates of the adult education institution that assists Washington residents, particularly immigrants, further their education and improve their lives.
The Dec. 5 event, held at the new Sonia Gutierrez campus in Northeast, drew dozens of school supporters and partners and featured a delicious meal prepared by Carlos Rosario Culinary Arts Academy students.

The culinary arts academy is Carlos Rosario’s flagship program. But the school offers an array of other educational offerings–from ESL classes and college preparation to training and job placement assistance for D.C. residents interested in becoming nurses aides and IT professionals.
