Happy Birthday Martin Luther King Jr. !
Today we commemorate the birth of an American hero. In March of 1963, the march to Washington was one of the greatest expressions of freedom in the history of the United States. In King’s famous “I have a dream”speech, he shares his vision for a world with racial equality and tolerance for all people.
In honor of his vision and how many we need it today as ever, Hola Cultura is working on a new occasional series of interviewers with dreamers -and Dreamers DACA youth-, and immigrants their own stories to tell related to our shared American Dream of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all people.

El día de hoy conmemoramos el nacimiento de un héroe estadounidense. En marzo de 1963, en lo que se conoce como la marcha a Washington -una de las mas grandes demostraciones de libertad en la historia de nuestro país-, este héroe nacional pronunció su famoso discurso “Tengo un sueño”. En esta hermosa pieza, King hace referencia a la igualdad racial y la tolerancia.
En honor a este gran soñador y activista. Hola Cultura convoca a todos los soñadores a compartir su historia con nosotros.
