TamalFest DC took place to a sold out crowd on Sunday, April 19, 2015. Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a big success! We were honored to have present a dozen cooks representing six different countries to share their cooking, culture and traditions with such a big crowd.
El TamalFest DC se llevó a cabo el 19 de abril de 2015. Una celebración de la comida tradicional que ha pasado de generación en generación a través de la América en sus diferentes variedades, fue en parte fiesta y en parte intercambio cultural. Fue un gran éxito con la participación con una docena de cocineros, representando seis países latinoamericanos y mas que dos veces el publico esperado.
